Dear Chris,

I’ve thrown something together quickly (see story below) to give you an idea of how the program went in Vietnam over the weekend. Incredibly joyful would be putting it mildly! John, Lene and a few of the others asked that I send you a short writeup with some photos until they can get email access to send you their own thoughts. I will be posting more photos etc on the Realise Asia Facebook group shortly.

That was the extent of my knowledge of Vietnam until very recently. After my parents started going to support Sahaja yoga programs there, I started to learn more about the place and its people, especially when a Vietnamese yogi family ‘adopted’ them and started having them over every 2 months for the purpose of conducting Sahaja Yoga programs all over the country.
